MAP Math
The students did well on MAP Math this week. Many met their goal and everyone went up from the fall! We are done with MAP and will be focused on State Testing in May.

Congrats to Xavier for mastering his division facts!!
Language Arts- Tuesday after break will be the last time the students work with their Tall Teacher from USC. I know they have really enjoyed the opportunity to work with their Tall Teacher this year. They have learned a lot and so have I. We are going to review analyzing texts. We will also discuss the skill of cause and effect.

Curriculum
Math- We are working in Module 5 on Fractions. We will focus on lessons 11-15. The students are using the website below in class that can help them with their subtraction, addition, multiplication and division fluency. If they have time at home they can practice as well.

Science- We will start focusing on Matter. We will focus on the three states of matter and changing states of matter.
